## 2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Program is limited to minors under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

- You are at least 18 years of age

## 3. NON-EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Participants in the Program are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of the Company.

- Does not control work schedules
- Does not require minimum sales
- Does not provide wages or salaries
All activities are conducted independently under the supervision of the Parent/Guardian.

## 4. PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Parent/Guardian agrees to:
- Supervise all activities of the minor participant
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
- Manage and handle all funds collected

## 5. DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES AND LOCAL COMPLIANCE
Participants may engage in door-to-door sales activities where permitted by law.
The Parent/Guardian is solely responsible for:
- Determining whether such activities are permitted in their area
- Obtaining any required permits or permissions
- Ensuring compliance with all solicitation, peddler, and local ordinances
Participants must:
- Respect “No Soliciting” signs
- Avoid restricted or unsafe areas
- Follow all Company safety guidelines

## 6. PRODUCT SALES AND PAYMENTS
All product sales are conducted independently by participants under parental supervision.
The Company:

The Parent/Guardian is responsible for:
